1 tsp virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup onion, julienned
1/8 tsp turmeric (optional)
1 cup spinach
1 cup arugula
1 cup baby chard or kale
1/4 cup toasted/ sprouted pumpkin seeds
Salt & pepper to taste
Heat coconut oil in a small pan and add onions once warm. Sauté onions until translucent and add turmeric.
Add 3 greens and pumpkin seeds. Sauté until just wilted and add salt and pepper to taste.
ALL the magnesium! Enjoy :)
P.S. Aim for NINE cups of veggies/ day. You just ate 3 in one sitting!
